Carry out residential stock condition and EPC surveys
Capture building fabric, defects, and lifecycle data
Submit clear, accurate reports
Manage your own diary and site visits efficiently
What You'll Need
Experience delivering residential stock condition and EPC surveys
Strong knowledge of building fabric and maintenance
Construction background (qualification or solid experience)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
