Overview
We are recruiting experienced or inexperienced theatre practitioners (RGN or ODP) for day‑surgery/short‑stay theatres at Queen Margaret Hospital and Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in scrub, circulating, and anaesthesia roles as required.
* Work within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively.
* Show evidence of continuing professional development.
* Participate in specialities including gynaecology, urology, general surgery, orthopaedics, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, oral/max, and breast surgery.
Working Hours and Locations
Part‑time or full‑time, Monday to Friday, with various shifts over five days. Flexibility to work across both hospital sites is required.
Qualifications
* Registered or qualified RGN or ODP.
* Desirable experience in scrub, circulating, or anaesthetic support.
Requirements
Must become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
