Solicitor (Grade A/B)- Clinical Negligence – Liverpool
Join our dynamic team as an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career. As a Senior Solicitor you will enjoy a high level of autonomy, handling complex cases from start to finish and maintaining strong, supportive relationships with clients, medical experts and other stakeholders.
Location: Liverpool
Hybrid working available: Flexible work from home and in‑office.
Main Responsibilities
* Providing support, guidance and assistance to the team to deliver outstanding service to customers.
* Proactive and commercial case management and progression.
* Supporting the Team Leader in ensuring the delivery of the team’s financial performance KPIs.
* Effective and thorough time recording.
Essential Skills And Experience
* Recent experience of handling a caseload.
* 8 years+ PQE or equivalent experience working in Clinical Negligence.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and drafting skills.
* Excellent IT skills especially in respect of Microsoft Office packages, Proclaim and Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong commercial awareness within a legal environment.
* Ability to work well with junior team members, providing coaching and mentoring.
* Flexible and willing to commit to achieving results and meeting deadlines.
* Excellent Client Care Skills.
