Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing top-notch customer service, managing sales processes from prospecting to closing deals, and conducting follow-up communications with clients. The Specialist will maintain and expand the customer base through exceptional relationship management and deliver sales training sessions to junior staff. Some work from home is acceptable as part of this hybrid role.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
* Ability to conduct Training sessions for team members
* Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the sales industry is preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
