Mae Ymddiriedolaeth Hamdden Aneurin yn chwilio am Swyddog Datblygu Cydraddoldeb, Amrywiaeth a Chynhwysiant (EDI) i arwain y datblygiad strategol a'r ddarpariaeth o gyfleoedd lles a gweithgarwch corfforol cynhwysol ar draws Blaenau Gwent. Mae'r rôl hon yn ganolog wrth leihau rhwystrau i gyfranogiad a sicrhau mynediad cyfartal i bob aelod o'r gymuned, yn enwedig grwpiau sydd heb gynrychiolaeth ddigonol.

Bydd y rôl gyffrous hon, a ariennir gan Gronfa Gymunedol y Loteri Genedlaethol, yn canolbwyntio ar greu cyfleoedd cynhwysol ar gyfer lles a gweithgarwch corfforol ar draws Blaenau Gwent. Byddwch yn gweithio'n agos gyda chymunedau lleol, ysgolion, gwasanaethau iechyd, a phartneriaid yn y sector gwirfoddol i nodi anghenion a chyd-greu darpariaeth ystyrlon sy'n hyrwyddo cydraddoldeb ac amrywiaeth.

This role is pivotal in reducing barriers to participation and ensuring equitable access for all community members, particularly underrepresented groups.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our Sports Development team as an EDI Development Officer. This exciting role, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, will focus on creating inclusive opportunities for wellbeing and physical activity across Blaenau Gwent. You will work closely with local communities, schools, health services, and voluntary sector partners to identify needs and co-create meaningful provision that promotes equality and diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive equality, diversity, and inclusion within physical activity and wellbeing initiatives.
* Develop and deliver programmes that reduce participation gaps.
* Build strong partnerships with local agencies and community stakeholders.
* Recruit, train, and support staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality delivery.
* Implement monitoring and evaluation systems to measure impact and report progress.
* Contribute to regional partnerships to share best practice and support collective learning.
Key Experience:
* A relevant degree and CIMSPA professional status.
* Experience in developing and delivering inclusive physical activity or wellbeing programmes.
* Strong communication and partnership-building skills.
* A commitment to equality and anti-discriminatory practice.
