My client, is a highly regarded, well-established multi-service law firm with offices across the East Midlands. They are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their close knit team in Derby.

The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. With full legal assistant support, you’ll have the time and resources to deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
* Providing clear, practical advice to clients and third parties
* Working closely with support staff and colleagues to ensure smooth transactions
* Maintaining high professional and compliance standards
About You
* Experienced in handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
