This role requires a versatile individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, who can assist with a wide range of inquiries. The ideal candidate will be sales, customer-focused, adaptable, and able to handle a dynamic fast-paced environment.
The package:
* Competitive salary up £30,000.00 - £35,000.00 per annum
* 12% annual performance bonus

Key Responsibilities
* Contact customer and clients either by phone or email to discuss their requirements
* Prospecting for new clients, generating leads, and converting them into customers
* Managing customer/ client relationships, and achieving sales targets
* Working closely with marketing and other teams to align sales efforts and ensure a cohesive customer experience
* Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
* Maintaining accurate customer records, sales data - updating CRM salesforce
* Maintain and update tracker spreadsheets effectively - looking at process and streamlining
* Provide administration and customer services support to the Senior Planner and project co-ordinators
Key Requirements
* Understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices
* Verbal communication skills, including active listening, for confidently and clearly resolving queries
* Written communication and accurate typing skills
* Organisation skills for managing multiple customer queries simultaneously
* Problem-solving skills for resolving complex customer queries
* Keen to develop and grow your career
