The Role
As a key member of this L500-ranked department, you will take on a diverse caseload of Share sales, Asset sales, Mergers & Acquisitions, Shareholder and Investment Agreement and much more.
Clients range from local and national owner managed businesses and SME sized business, from start-ups to established companies.

Requirements:
1. Corporate Solicitor 1-3 PQE
2. Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
