We are now recruiting a candidate to be part of our kitchen brigade. This is a great opportunity to hone your skills in a professional kitchen.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a professional kitchen who has ambition, is positive and shows initiative.-
Preparing Ingredients: They oversee preparing and cooking ingredients specific to their station.
Cooking: Cooking and presenting dishes according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.
Quality Control: Ensuring that dishes leaving their station are of high quality and meet presentation standards.
Stock Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels for their section, including ordering supplies when needed.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeping their station clean, organized, and following sanitation standards.
Collaboration: Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
Ensuring that their section runs efficiently, dishes are prepared to high standards, and the kitchen operates smoothly during service.
