This is an exciting interim leadership opportunity for a highly experienced Adult Social Care professional to provide both strategic and operational leadership across Adult Social Care services. You will play a key role in driving service improvement, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting transformation programmes, and delivering high-quality outcomes for residents across Shropshire. Working as part of the senior leadership team, you will lead operational services, manage performance and risk, work closely with partners across health and social care, and support the council in responding to ongoing demand and regulatory requirements.
