Property Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual interested in a position within property management. As a Property Manager, you will join our friendly team based in Great Shelford and become part of our vibrant business.
Experience as a Property Manager is not essential, as full training will be provided. You should be able to build strong relationships, have a desire to deliver exceptional customer service, and possess the ability to multi-task.
As a Property Manager, you will provide property management and tenancy support services to our branch network, landlords, and tenants within your property portfolio.
The role is Monday to Friday, and we offer both full-time and part-time hours.

Key responsibilities of a Property Manager
* Act as a central point of contact, managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff
* Coordinate urgent and routine repairs and maintenance
* Liaise with tradespeople/contractors and keep customers informed
* Organise safety inspections and manage remedial works
* Liaise with landlords following regular property visits
* Assist customers with general tenancy queries
* Carry out weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers
* Respond promptly and courteously to communications with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners
* Provide first-class service to maximize customer retention
* Ensure personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained, and KPIs achieved
Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Property Manager
* Strong customer service skills and confident communication
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
* Excellent planning and organizational skills
* Good analytical ability
