Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager in the publishing industry, located in Bath. The Production Manager will oversee the production process from manuscript to final product, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include managing the workflow of book production, coordinating with authors, editors, designers, and printers, and maintaining quality control standards. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting production issues, managing inventory, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to align production with market demands.
