Drainage Officer
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Drainage Officer to join our responsive repairs maintenance team. A key member of the responsive repairs service area, you will be responsible for programming domestic drainage repairs across the authority's housing portfolio.
Salary: Grade 7 – £32,061 to £35,412.
Contractual hours: 37 hours per week.
Basis: Open Ended.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for programming domestic drainage repairs across the authority’s housing portfolio and work closely with a multidisciplinary team of trades under the leadership of the Building Maintenance Operations Manager and the Responsive Repairs Programme Manager to deliver a wide range of repairs.
Qualifications
A suitable qualified drainage officer with experience in domestic drainage repairs.
