RPS is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist / BIM Lead to join our progressive team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects within a project team, lead project design delivery and day-to-day communication with clients, consultants and contractors. You will be exposed to a broad range of flagship projects across sectors including residential, industrial & logistics, data centre and aviation.

Responsibilities
* Support the Team Director in the technical delivery of projects.
* Guide and support the project team to achieve sound technical and innovative solutions.
* Perform project reviews and coordination to ensure technical requirements are satisfied.
* Specification and report writing.
* Coordinate the project technical team to achieve agreed outcomes.
* Demonstrate commercial awareness and knowledge of project management, including cost/time and budget implications; record and recover additional fees for design variations where required.
* Support tender/bid process and fee proposal activity when required.
* Ensure activities and outputs comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
Who We’re Looking For
* Software proficiency with Revit.
* Lead and coordinate the full BIM process for a multi-disciplinary team including all inputs and outputs.
* Experience working within BIM360 / ACC or similar Common Data Environment.
* Prepare BIM Execution Plans and Responsibility Matrices.
* Good general skills in using Microsoft Office software.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good organisational skills to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
* Analytical capability with strong attention to detail.
Desirable
* Sector knowledge and experience in Building Safety Act, Residential, Industrial & Logistics, Data Centre, Aviation.
