The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to launch their engineering career in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. As a permanent member of our engineering team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing our production equipment and systems, gaining valuable hands‑on experience while contributing to our ongoing success.


Key Responsibilities

* Assist engineers with routine maintenance and repair of machinery
* Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
* Participate in fault diagnosis and resolution
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain accurate records of work carried out
* Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times


What You’ll Learn

* Develop technical skills in mechanical and electrical engineering
* Gain exposure to food production processes and compliance standards
* Learn about site service utilities (steam, water, electricity) and their role in manufacturing
* Understand the impact of engineering on operational efficiency
* Build teamwork and communication skills through collaboration with cross‑functional teams


Qualifications

* A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an engineering discipline—such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering—with a minimum classification of 2:2 (or equivalent)
* Strong interest in industrial engineering and food production
* Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
* Willingness to learn and take initiative
* Effective communicator and team player
