YOUR ROLE:
As a Trusts & Tax Fee Earner, you’ll manage a varied caseload of complex probate and trust matters, including agricultural land, tax planning, and lifetime trusts. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Trusts & Tax, handling high-value cases and delivering exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include:
✔️ Managing complex probate and trust matters, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
✔️ Advising clients on estate planning, taxation of trusts and estates, and corporate trusteeships.
✔️ Delivering outstanding client care while keeping cases progressing efficiently.
✔️ Supporting business development, networking, and marketing initiatives.
✔️ Using the firm’s case management system diligently and accurately.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re seeking a qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEx with extensive experience in wills, probate, trusts, and tax. CTA or ATT qualifications are desirable. You’ll also have:
✔️ A proven track record in handling complex probate and trust cases.
✔️ A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and a target-driven mindset.
✔️ The ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.
