We are looking for a Sales Manager to support our commercial strategy, drive regional revenue growth, and nurture key customer relationships. The ideal candidate will ideally bring an existing customer network to help generate early opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute the sales strategy for activated carbon products across water, air, and food & beverage sectors in assigned regions
* Drive revenue growth and support market expansion initiatives
* Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers
* Participate in negotiations and support contract closures
* Identify new sales opportunities and potential partnerships
* Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to support business development initiatives
* Represent the company at regional events and client meetings
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 5–10 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in industrial B2B environments
* Knowledge or experience in the activated carbon, water treatment, air purification, or food & beverage sectors is a plus
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Results oriented mindset with ability to meet sales targets
* Ability to travel regionally as needed
