We are urgently recruiting for a Regional Estates Manager to run a high volume of properties and estates across the Midlands & Central Regions, key responsibilities include
Responsibilities
* Managing a large multi-disciplinary service team
* Ensuring compliance and quality policies are adhered to
* Acting as the regional point of escalation for any issues
* Management of the H&S policy across all sites
* Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Monthly reporting and managing contractual performance
* Ensuring appropriate measures to manage risk are implemented
* Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery
* Managing change projects
* Recruitment, training and upskilling front-line service staff
Qualifications
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual with proven experience of leading and managing a large-scale workforce, a background within multi service delivery, hospitality, events, cleaning or FM would be highly advantageous.
