A leading global firm is seeking a talented mid to senior level Corporate Restructuring & Special Situations Lawyer to join its highly regarded top-tier restructuring team. In this role, you will work on restructuring matters for senior lenders, distressed investors, debtors, and insolvency practitioners.
If you are a common law qualified restructuring/special situations lawyer with non-contentious experience from a well-regarded London, Australian, New Zealand, or other international law firm, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
