If so, we’d love to hear from you! About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated Family Support Worker to join our vibrant Family Hub team. You will play a vital role in supporting families with children aged 0–19 (or up to 25 with SEND), helping them navigate challenges and build resilience. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and group support to families facing a range of issues including parenting, housing, health, and education. Work collaboratively with professionals from health, education, and social care to deliver integrated support. Conduct home visits and assessments to identify needs and develop tailored support plans. Facilitate parenting programs and community-based activities. Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding procedures. About YouWe’re looking for someone who is: Empathetic, approachable, and non-judgmental. Experienced in working with children, young people, and families. Knowledgeable about safeguarding and early help frameworks. A great communicator and team player.
