Join us as a Global Reconciliation Analyst, where you will be shaping the future of Banking at Barclays by supporting the Global Reconciliations (GRS) team. You will provide reporting coverage across all legal entities and service areas from a reconciliation perspective. The role involves performing service reporting activities that are reportable to senior leadership.

Purpose of the role

Accountabilities
1. Support various business areas with daily activities including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
2. Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
3. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for operational processes.
4. Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficiency.
5. Create reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
6. Identify industry trends and developments to adopt best practices in banking operations.
7. Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
