Cover Supervisors – Secondary (KS3 & KS4)

currently recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support a range of secondary schools across Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers or experienced school staff looking for flexible work within Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 settings.
We have day-to-day, short-term and long-term opportunities available starting immediately.
The Role:
Supervise whole classes during teacher absences
Deliver pre-set work across KS3 and KS4
Maintain strong behaviour management in line with school policies
Ensure pupils remain on task and engaged with learning
Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson
You will not be required to plan lessons, but confidence leading a classroom and managing behaviour is essential.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience working with young people (school, tutoring, coaching, youth work or similar)
Be confident managing behaviour in a classroom setting
Be adaptable, proactive and professional
Hold a degree (desirable but not essential)
Hold or be willing to apply for an enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service
