Project Finance Control and Reporting • You will be delivering effective management information on commercial activity, • Producing reports for the month end commercial & financial reports. These will include supplier and subcontractor cost liabilities as well as the accruals on each project, • Highlight variances from budgets on each project and identify cause & effects, • Monitoring cash management, • Submitting monthly project performance documents, maintaining subcontractor commitment trackers and maintaining invoicing plans. Contract Admin/Commercial Management • You will be preparing and issuing formal written instructions to suppliers and subcontractors in line with agreed contracts, • Preparing, submitting, negotiating and agreeing variations with client, suppliers and subcontractors, • Managing subcontractor payment processes in liaison with the accounts department, • Analysing monthly interim applications and correct issue of payment certificates to suppliers and subcontractors, • Negotiating and agree final accounts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors. What you'll need: • Quantity Surveying Degree qualification or 1 to 2 years' experience in industry, • Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, • The willingness to learn.
