The Role at a Glance
Support students through one-to-one and small group mentoring, helping them develop positive behaviours and engagement in learning.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting students with behavioural and learning needs
• Developing strategies to encourage engagement and motivation
• Liaising with teachers, parents, and external agencies
• Maintaining accurate records and monitoring progress
Who We’re Looking For
• Experience in mentoring or behavioural support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, proactive, and empathetic
