Please note, if the role or service relocates as part of a planned move, employees will not be eligible for excess mileage reimbursement. Travel from the postholder's home to the new work base will be considered a normal commute. Other changes not related to relocation will be managed according to relevant Trust or National terms and conditions.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing basic care and support to patients in various settings.
2. Tasks such as mobility, observations, and medication administration.
3. Keeping the environment and equipment clean and safe.
4. Being part of the wider healthcare team, including nurses, doctors, and other professionals.
5. Taking patient observations such as blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturations, height, weight, and pulse.
6. Helping patients book blood tests and appointments.
7. Phlebotomy is required.
8. Basic IT skills.
