Type: Full Time Time: Permanent Working Pattern: 2 days working from the office, 3 days remote Department : Finance Location : Glasgow The Role As part of the Working Capital Team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely client billing. Reporting to the Working Capital Manager, you’ll prepare and finalise invoices in 3E, manage eBilling submissions, verify matter data, and liaise with lawyers, tax, and credit control teams to resolve queries. You’ll also support multi-jurisdictional billing and participate in partner billing reviews. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Prepare, finalise, and dispatch client invoices in line with requirements Submit bills via eBilling platforms and manage related queries Verify matter data and ensure compliance with billing criteria Liaise with lawyers, tax, and credit control teams to resolve queries Support multi-jurisdictional billing and client fund usage Run reports, process write-offs, and close files in 3E Participate in billing review meetings with partners Undertake ad hoc tasks as required Essential Skills & Experience Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (accounting qualification desirable) Experience with 3E, Elite Enterprise, or similar systems Billing experience within law or professional services (desirable) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong MS Office skills (Excel and Word) Clear written and verbal communication Strong interpersonal and organisational skills Ability to prioritise and work under pressure Flexible, proactive team player What’s in it for you Modern, flexible working – A minimum of 2 days each week from the office, 3 days from home.
