Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Application Support Advisor based in Wythenshawe but with some work-from-home flexibility. The Application Support Advisor will be responsible for providing technical support, handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients. This role involves troubleshooting software issues, guiding customers through problem-solving processes, and documenting solutions.
Qualifications
* Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
* Experience in Customer Support and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
* Technical Support skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues
* Proficiency in documenting solutions and processes
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Experience with facilities management software is a plus
