You’ll be joining an expanding provider that actively promotes internal growth and long-term career planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a small therapeutic care team
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards & Children’s Homes Regulations
* Manage personalised care planning and safeguarding processes
* Oversee staff rotas, supervision, budgets, and operational leadership
* Build strong working relationships with external agencies and professionals
* Provide trauma-informed support to create a stable home environment
* Participate in on-call duties and weekend leadership as required
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
* Experience as Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Residential Worker
* Proven contribution to Ofsted ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ inspections
* Excellent safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and crisis management knowledge
* Leadership skills – staff supervision, performance management, rota & resource planning
* Calm, resilient, emotionally intelligent leadership style
* Enhanced DBS clearance
