As a Senior Android Developer, you'll work across both the flagship customer-facing Android app and a native SDK that powers critical on-device functionality. You'll play a central role in shaping how the Android platform evolves, balancing technical excellence with a product-focused mindset. Performance, reliability, and user experience will be at the heart of everything you deliver.
In this senior position, the Senior Android Developer will have genuine influence over architectural decisions, mentor fellow engineers, and collaborate closely with Back End, product, and data specialists. You'll also be encouraged to explore new tools and AI-driven workflows to improve both productivity and code quality.
Key Requirements
* Proven commercial experience building Android apps with Kotlin
* Strong knowledge of Coroutines, Jetpack Libraries, and Jetpack Compose
* Familiarity with software architecture principles and design patterns
* Background in creating scalable, developer-friendly SDKs
* Ability to write secure, high-performance, and maintainable applications
* Strong collaborator with experience in cross-functional squads
* Comfortable mentoring engineers and contributing to technical strategy
* Interest in AI tools to enhance developer workflows and engineering outcomes
