A friendly and supportive primary school in Orrell is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This role involves supporting pupils across the school, working alongside class teachers to help deliver engaging lessons and ensure all children feel supported, confident, and ready to learn.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils in the classroom, small groups, and on a 1:1 basis where required.
* Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and classroom routines.
* Supporting positive behaviour and pupil engagement.
* Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
* A patient, proactive, and caring approach.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
