About The Role
The Deputy Information & Library Services Manager is at the heart of a dynamic user‑focused information service that underpins teaching, learning and research at Cambridge Judge Business School. Reporting to the Head of Information & Library Services, they lead the smooth running of the Information Centre, oversee collections and ensure users can easily discover and use the resources they need. They will shape new services, introduce improvements informed by user feedback, and design engaging training and online learning materials. They supervise a small, talented frontline team.
About You
You are an enthusiastic information professional who enjoys combining communication and outreach with hands‑on service delivery. You are confident using online resources and library systems, comfortable presenting to a room of students or colleagues, and able to juggle competing deadlines. You bring experience in supervising others, delivering user‑centred library support, and using digital tools creatively. You are curious, organised, calm under pressure and motivated by finding innovative and engaging ways to improve library and information services.
