Working for our organisation
The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is one of the largest NHS trusts in the West Midlands, providing primary, acute, and community services. We are proud of the diversity of our staff and the communities we serve. We aim to build a workforce that helps us fulfill our values, improve patient care, and address healthcare challenges of the future. We value diversity of thought and lived experience, which helps us become a learning organisation and a leader in compassionate care.
We are pleased to have been rated as "Good" by CQC and have received awards such as The Nursing Times Best Diversity and Inclusion Practice and Best UK Employer of the Year for Nursing Staff in 2020.
The Trust offers a supportive working environment with flexible working arrangements to meet individual needs. We are committed to supporting all employees in achieving a healthy work-life balance and encourage discussion of flexible working requests with the recruiting manager during onboarding.
