Description About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, processing, and managing customer enquiries, quotations, and orders through our ERP and CRM systems. Working closely with the Quotation Team and Sales Engineers, you will ensure accurate and timely handling of customer requirements while actively contributing to improved conversion rates. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is eager to grow their knowledge in sales and customer service while playing an integral role in supporting both customers and the wider sales team. You will also participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and align with the company’s strategy and vision. Key Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities: Process and manage customer enquiries, quotations, and orders in ERP and CRM systems. Collaborate with the Quotation Team to ensure accuracy and completeness of offers. Actively follow up on quotations and open enquiries to maximize conversion opportunities. Input and track customer orders in line with company procedures and KPI targets. Liaise with customers to provide updates on order status and resolve queries. Support Sales Engineers and Coordinators to ensure smooth internal communication. Assist with KPI tracking, reporting, and analysis of quotation/order trends. Ensure compliance with company policies, including HSE and quality standards. Desired Responsibilities: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales department. Support additional duties as reasonably requested by the Product Line Manager. Qualifications & Skills Essential Qualifications: Proven administrative experience in a commercial or sales support environment. Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (or similar business platforms). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Desired Qualifications: Previous experience in a technical, sales, or customer service role.
