What you'll be doing
* Crafting compelling copy, developing visual assets and scheduling content across social media platforms
* Supporting the day‑to‑day management of social media channels, including community engagement and audience interaction
* Ensuring all marketing‑generated data is handled in full compliance with relevant legislation and data protection requirements
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear expectations and consistently delivering to deadlines
* Actively contributing creative ideas and strategic thinking to support the wider team’s objectives
* Monitoring sector trends and identifying emerging marketing opportunities to strengthen customer relationships
* Collaborating across the wider marketing function to support the delivery of integrated campaigns and projects
What we’re looking for
* A genuine passion for social media, with an up‑to‑date understanding of platform trends and the ability to tailor content for different channels and audiences
* Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for a variety of audiences and formats
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with a proven ability to prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines
* Experience using design tools such as Canva or similar software would be a distinct advantage
* A confident and personable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels across the business
