This Commercial Property role is based in Liverpool and offers the chance to join a firm that’s growing quickly without losing its identity.
You’ll step into an established commercial property offering handling a broad spread of regional real estate work, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters and refinancing, with the autonomy to run your own files from day one. The work is varied, commercially focused and well-supported by a wider full-service firm that generates strong internal referrals.
In your first 6–12 months, you’ll become a key fee earner within the team, building relationships across departments and contributing to the continued growth of the commercial property function following recent expansion. Over time, there’s clear scope to progress into Associate or Associate Director level, with opportunities to influence best practice, mentor junior lawyers and play a role in the team’s wider direction.

Who we’re looking for
4. 5+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor
5. Strong experience handling sales, acquisitions, landlord & tenant and refinancing matters
6. Comfortable running a commercial property caseload independently
7. Strong technical drafting and advisory skills
8. Experience managing client relationships effectively
9. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
10. Organised, commercially aware and reliable approach to file management
11. Ability to supervise or support junior colleagues informally (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
12. Managing a broad commercial property caseload from start to finish
13. Advising on acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and landlord & tenant matters
14. Handling client communication and maintaining strong service standards
15. Managing billing, WIP and matter profitability responsibly
16. Delegating work appropriately to support staff
17. Collaborating with colleagues across corporate, litigation and private client teams
18. Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to team development
