The Role
We're looking for a Social Media Marketer to own and scale tuck's presence across TikTok, Instagram.
YouTube Shorts, and beyond. You'll be the voice of tuck online, creating thumb-stopping content, engaging with our community, and driving real impact on brand growth and user acquisition.
This isn't just a posting job-it's a creative growth role where you'll test ideas, ride trends, and help turn tuck. into a household name.
What You'll Do
• Plan, create, and publish daily content across tuck.'s core channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts,
Linkedin).
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to shape social strategy and brand voice.
• Collaborate with our Marketing Assistant on execution, scheduling, and reporting.
• Stay ahead of trends, memes, and cultural moments to keep tuck. relevant and relatable.
• Build and engage with our community, replying, commenting, and sparking conversations.
• Run A/B tests on formats, captions, and creative to optimise performance.
• Track and report on key metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions.
• Support influencer partnerships and UGC campaigns.
• Experiment with paid social content and organic growth hacks.
What We're Looking For
• 1-3 years experience in social media marketing (startup, consumer app, or finance experience a plus).
• A content creator mindset, you love being behind (or in front of) the camera.
• Proven track record of growing audiences on TikTok/Instagram/YouTube.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where you'll test, learn, and adapt quickly.
• Data-driven but creative you know when to follow the numbers and when to trust your gut.
• Passion for financial well-being and helping people save money (or a strong interest in learning).
