Day-to-day of the role:
* Develop and deliver high-quality, learner-focused education in Maths to meet contractual requirements and standards.
* Ensure teaching strategies and resources meet the diverse needs of learners.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners to maximise their progress and attainment.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of learner progress and achievement.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning environment and educational experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Full teaching qualification (Minimum of CTLLS) or PGCE.
2. Experience in teaching whether in primary education or adult learning.
3. A genuine interest in the rehabilitation and resettlement of offenders.
