Our client is currently seeking an experienced Solicitor PQE1+ to join their well-established Trusts & Estates Team. Depending on experience, you will be managing existing clients and building on the client base already established in the area, via networking and business development.\n\nThe role will be to manage your own caseload of Trusts & Estate matters as well as assisting more Senior Solicitors with their caseloads and supervising trainees when necessary.\n\nIn return, you will be given access to high quality work within a well-respected and established firm and team. The role is full-time and office based.\n\nKey Responsibilities of this role:\n\nEstate & Trust Administration\n\nWills & Lasting Powers of Attorney\n\nDrafting of estate & trust accounts\n\nUsing online research services & a case management system\n\nAttending clients in the office, or visiting them at hospital or place of residence\n\nAdditional requirements of this role:\n\nRequirements:\n\nPrevious experience, ideally 2 or 3 years in a busy Trusts & Estates environment is essential\n\nExceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work, with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines;\n\nProfessional and attentive telephone manner, coupled with strong interpersonal skills;\n\nCapability to handle pressure and effectively prioritize tasks whilst managing a demanding workload.\n\nDue to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away.
