Experienced Social Worker - Disability - Grade 12 (£41,850 - £43,860)
Are you ready for a new challenge? We are seeking committed and knowledgeable social workers to support our core mission of empowering and assisting individuals through signposting, community support, or direct help from the Council. Our practice is rooted in a strength-based approach.
During these challenging times, the Council Leadership affirms its commitment to statutory functions, including Adult Social Care, with clear priorities in place.
We prioritize staff welfare, providing dedicated training support through a Training Officer and a Deputy Principal Social Worker to enhance practice and well-being. Our electronic recording system has recently been upgraded to improve efficiency.
Role: Experienced Social Worker
Ideal candidates will have gained substantial experience post-ASYE, including supervision, handling complex cases, and undertaking additional training such as PEP, BIA, or AMHP roles.
