Key Responsibilies: Accurately process call off information ready for order within service level agreements Liaise with installers, developers, and internal teams to achieve contractual deadlines within budget In collaboration with Contract Managers, assist in resolving any site issues efficiently Maintain internal documentation, systems and procedures, ensuring compliance from enquiry to completion and complete any small live site amendments where necessary
What you will need: Solid understanding of kitchen components and installations Skilled in reading and working from scaled plans Strong communication and organisational abilities Confident working independently under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD and SAP knowledge a bonus
