Ability to communicate effectively with patients, senior medical staff and other health professionals is vital. Proficient and efficient handling of medical problems with evidence of safe sound practical procedures Desirable criteria Knowledge of changes occurring in NHS as a whole and its impact on speciality work Awareness of the importance of clinical governance Personal Characteristics Essential criteria Evidence of continuing professional updating Highly motivated individual Demonstrates a clear reason for wanting this rotation Certificate of Good Standing from current medical council and references from institutional email ID of referees will be required.
