Responsibilities and Duties
* You will be responsible for a wide range of electrical maintenance works - ppm and reactive, fault finding etc.
* This role will be working on commercial contracts which could include retail outlets, commercial offices etc.
* You'll be out and about on the road travelling to your own dedicated sites as our client's first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance. Tasks could include emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work although you will largely covering electrical.
* You'll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other tasks as well.
Qualifications and Skills
* You must be electrically qualified and hold Level 2 or 3 or equivalent and 17th or 18th edition.
* You will have experience carrying out electrical maintenance, ppm and reactive maintenance works.
* You will ideally have good general knowledge of general maintenance such as light fabric and plumbing works.
* You will live locally and happy to travel throughout the region.
* Good IT skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* You must hold a full UK driving licence.
