Burnham Beeches Hotel is a 4-star hotel Georgian Hotel hidden amongst 10 acres of beautiful gardens in the Buckinghamshire countryside. The hotel boasts 82 bedrooms, a leisure club, extensive conference and banqueting facilities and a restaurant. The hotel is busy throughout the year, with a focus on hosting both leisure and corporate guests for a variety of events. From private family functions, engagement parties, baby showers and weddings to product launches, conferences, board meetings, away days and more, we deliver a little stately service, with a lot of personality.
Burnham Beeches Hotel just completed a beautiful transformation! Refreshments took place across the hotel from our suites and bedrooms in the original Manor House through to the reception and other public areas, staying in keeping with the Manor House's fantastic heritage and historical features.

Key responsibilities:
Managing all incoming booking requests and enquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
Overseeing the M&E inbox daily to ensure prompt communication and response times.
Following up on telephone calls and messages to maximise conversion rates.
Securing and confirming bookings through proactive client engagement and follow-through.
Organising and conducting show rounds to generate interest and secure new business.
Maintaining strong relationships with returning clients through regular updates, check-ins, and professional service.
Monitoring and reporting event activitydaily, weekly, and monthlyto support departmental goals.
Greeting and assisting event organisers and VIP guests on arrival and departure to ensure a seamless experience.
Supporting reception teams during busy periods with guest check-in/out procedures in line with company standards.
Demonstrating solid knowledge of hotel services and the local area to confidently assist guests.
Operating the telephone system professionally while upholding brand communication standards.
Representing Burnham Beeches Hotel with a polished appearance and friendly manner, contributing positively to internal morale and guest perception.
What Were Looking For:
Similar experience in event coordination, ideally within a 4-star hotel.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail.
Confident handling multiple tasks and managing client expectations.
Friendly, professional, and well-presented at all times.
