Youll also help lead and guide the staff team, ensuring the home runs smoothly and safely. Youll work on a rotational shift pattern, including weekends, bank holidays, and overnight stays (sleep-ins). Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Home Manager with daily operations Leading shifts and allocating tasks clearly to the team Ensuring a safe, warm, and responsive environment for the young people Supporting care planning, record-keeping, and review meetings Promoting safeguarding best practices at all times Being a positive role model for both young people and colleagues Encouraging participation in daily routines, activities, and hobbies Safely administering medication and maintaining accurate records About You: Were looking for someone who is experienced, caring, and energetic someone who can inspire and lead by example.
