Senior Sales Development Representative
Location: Sunderland (Hybrid). Base pay range: £33,000‑£35,000 Basic + £15,000 OTE.

The Opportunity
They are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join them during an exciting phase of growth. This role offers a blend of hands‑on sales and leadership, giving you the opportunity to mentor junior team members while driving new business opportunities.

In this role you will
* Generate Leads: Actively research and identify potential clients fitting the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), focusing on labour‑intensive, regulated sectors.
* Drive Outreach: Conduct personalised multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, social media) to capture interest in automating training compliance.
* Qualify & Convert: Perform discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and book qualified meetings for senior Business Development Managers.
* Lead the Team: Mentor junior SDRs, track team metrics, and foster a motivated culture.
* Manage Data: Meticulously track sales activities and prospect info in the CRM.
Requirements
* 1‑2 years of experience as an SDR, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment (HR/LMS knowledge is a bonus).
* Exceptional ability to articulate the value of complex software solutions.
* Resilience to hit targets and a problem‑solving mindset to uncover compliance challenges.
* Desire to manage and develop a team, with excellent planning and organisational skills.
