The opportunity We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager – Content & Social Media who combines strong content knowledge and writing, sharp SEO thinking, and confident social media execution with a deeply growth-oriented mindset. This is not a traditional content role and not a generic social role. It is for someone who understands how content, search, and distribution work together to drive measurable business results. You will plan our content roadmap, own the keyword strategy end to end, produce high-quality content across multiple formats, and run our social channels with intention and creativity. You will use data, search insights, and AI tools to guide your decisions, and you will take ideas from concept to execution quickly. The goal is simple, and entirely organic: consistent, meaningful growth in customer acquisition, traffic, reach, and engagement, driven by someone who treats content and social as proper growth levers. This role What this role is not This is not a growth marketing manager role focused on paid acquisition. We do not run paid ads and we are committed to an organic-first strategy. If most of your experience comes from managing paid campaigns, performance budgets, or ad optimisation, this will not be the right fit. This role is for someone who lives and breathes organic growth, and who uses content, SEO, and social media as their primary channels/tactics. What you will do Content strategy and planning with a SEO/AI SEO focus Own and evolve the content strategy, setting priorities based on impact and opportunity. Build and maintain the blog calendar. Set and refine the keyword strategy using Semrush/Ahrefs, GSC, GA, and competitive insights, with particular attention to SEO and AI SEO and how search behaviour is shifting. Content creation & distribution Write blogs, landing pages, and newsletters with clarity and authority. Produce content that ranks, converts, and supports merchants across review marketing, trust, and ecommerce growth. Translate data, insights, and research into accessible narratives and compelling stories. Ensure every piece of content has a long life through effective repurposing. Social media management Own the social media editorial calendar across Linkedin and X. Write posts, short scripts, captions, and social-first content tailored to each platform. Repurpose long-form content into carousels, threads, clips, charts, and visual explainers. Track performance, test formats, and iterate quickly based on what resonates. Data and insights Use a journalist’s approach to first-party data, shaping clear, compelling stories from research and market insights. Contribute to category reports and research-led pieces such as the our Trust Report. What makes you stand out You know search behaviour, keywords, and ranking patterns inside out, including how AI SEO and LLMs are reshaping search. You’re an early adopter of AI tools and use them to speed up research, writing, and distribution. You can name ten companies that excel in content and social and explain why their approach works. You’ve owned growth KPIs and delivered results through content, SEO, and social media. You generate a steady flow of ideas. We would rather filter them than nudge you to contribute. You are comfortable creating visuals and social-first formats independently. You enjoy being close to the work, writing regularly, and turning ideas into execution without waiting for direction. You thrive in a fast-moving environment where impact is visible and measurable. You are both comfortable with strategy and execution - every person at Judge.me owns the execution of their own areas. Experience that helps Experience in growth content, SEO content, performance content, or a hybrid content–social role. Strong understanding of Semrush/Ahrefs, GSC, GA, and social analytics. Comfort with Canva, Figma, Framer, and Opus clips. Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, or data-led content. Ability to translate research and data into accessible, engaging narratives. Understanding of how AI is reshaping search and distribution. You can comfortably write about core e-commerce growth topics such as SEO, conversion rate, email, or paid media (you do not need to be an expert in all, but you must be credible in at least one). You are familiar with Shopify and understand the basics of how merchants run and grow their stores.
