Kirktown Garden Centre is seeking an experienced and passionate Horticultural Manager to lead our horticulture department and play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is a hands-on management position suited to a highly knowledgeable horticultural professional who thrives in a retail environment and takes pride in high standards, strong sales performance, and exceptional plant care.
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop the horticulture department, driving sales, and ensuring customers receive excellent plant advice.
* Be extremely knowledgeable in plants and core gardening products, confident in ordering stock and working closely with sales representatives, and capable of maintaining high standards across the department at all times.
* Maintain strong computer skills and deliver effective visual merchandising.
* Act as a key holder and be fully adaptable to the needs of the business.
