Responsible to: Senior Fundraising Manager
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Location: Standlake (near Witney, Oxfordshire), hybrid working at manager's discretion
Salary: £29,995 – £37,966
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (some flexibility will be required to attend fundraising events)
About the role:
As our Trusts and Foundations Fundraising Manager, you'll secure funding that helps transform the lives of vulnerable children, families and communities. From writing proposals to building relationships with funders, you'll make a real and measurable impact.
You'll join a small, ambitious team, with plenty of scope to make your mark and be part of an extraordinary story.
Responsibilities:
* Hit annual income targets through one-off and multi-year grants.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of funders.
* Write clear, persuasive funding applications and reports.
* Provide excellent stewardship to funders through updates and events.
* Work with colleagues to gather information and create strong proposals.
* Keep activity compliant with fundraising standards and GDPR.

About you
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Trusts and Foundations fundraising.
* Proven record of meeting income targets and winning new grants.
* Strong skills in bid writing, research, and grant management.
* Experience with restricted and unrestricted funding applications.
* Clear, confident communication – written and verbal.
* Strong relationship management and stewardship skills.
* Good organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities.
* Confident with Microsoft Office; CRM experience (e.g. Raiser's Edge NXT) a plus.
* Knowledge of fundraising standards, GDPR, and best practice.
