The role is based in Bournemouth and involves shaping and training future pilots. Responsibilities
1. Deliver comprehensive Theoretical Knowledge Instruction to trainees
2. Monitor and support trainees progress
3. Prepare and maintain accurate training records
4. Ensure all training policies, procedures, and documentation meet the highest standard
5. Make sure course materials, manuals, and examination content is kept relevant and effective
What We're Looking For
6. Experience delivering ATPL Theoretical Knowledge Instruction
7. Can develop, revise and oversee course material and assessments
8. A motivational and supportive approach to mentoring students
9. Strong report writing skills
10. Confident in IT, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
