Job Description
The Events Assistant will support Neudata’s Events Team in the smooth running of our global events and 1-to-1 networking programme. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in corporate events or project management, gaining hands‑on experience in operations, marketing, data management, and client engagement.
You’ll work closely with the Events Project Manager to ensure flawless event delivery, engaging communications, and consistent branding across all AltDating activities.
This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract (FTC), with strong potential for extension as our events programme continues to grow.
Responsibilities
AltDating (1-to-1 networking programme)
* Support the Project Manager in ensuring the smooth execution of each AltDating cycle, including monitoring data provider participation, distributing mailers, and responding proactively to incoming emails.
* Accurately enter and update vendor information within Neudata’s platform to maintain up-to-date and reliable records.
* Manage calendar invites to help the in‑house team stay aligned with key networking cycle deadlines.
* Assist in managing meeting attendance, following up on no‑shows and handling cancellations promptly to ensure seamless client engagement.
* Attend Neudata Summits in the US and UK to assist with registration desk and AltDating enquiries in person.
Event Operations & Coordination
* Support the Events function in creating email invitations, compiling invitation lists, managing client and prospect registrations, and producing name badges and attendee lists using event management software.
* Accurately enter, update, and maintain client and attendee data within CRM systems and event platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Stripe).
* Take the lead on delivering online events and webinars.
* Liaise with suppliers to collect updated quotes and pricing for venues, catering, and other services.
* Monitor and manage the team inbox, responding promptly and proactively to client and prospect enquiries.
* Work with the marketing team to generate creative ideas and ensure all event materials align with Neudata’s branding and templates.

* University degree level education.
* Previous experience in customer service roles or administrative roles (min. 1 year).
* Exceptional organisational skills and multi‑tasking abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
* Proactive problem solver with a can‑do attitude.
* Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to a fast‑paced global events environment.
Compensation
Employees on FTC will be eligible for Neudata's employee benefits on the same basis as permanent employees, pro‑rated where applicable, for the duration of the FTC. Longer‑term benefits may not be applicable for justified reasons.
